Mine is Harvester for the PC, it may be cheesy but it was like being in an ultra messed up David Lynch and Lucio Fulci dimension. So, which game disturbed you the most?

Manhunt definately. It's completely psychopathic and it gets into your head.
SMT Nocturne was pretty damn warped too, talking to god and the devil and running around some bizaar japanese hell.
Can't remember what it's called but it was a banned PS2 game and you control this little girl around.
The Void. It's relentlessly hard, and the game basically consists of making your way through some sort of purgatory.
Another game that comes to mind is Cryostasis. Especially near the end, the game explores deep philosophical themes to an extent that is highly unusual in video games. The last few chapters have basically been designed to screw with your mind. An unforgettable game by any means.
It might be tamer than some of the others mentioned, but Bioshock is the most disturbing one for me. "Would you kindly snap that puppy's neck?"
To be honest, While the first Manhunt was disturbing, I found Manhunt 2 to be much more disturbing.
Particulary the part where the criminal personality implemented into the protaganists mind is shown responsible for brutally butchering his family, and you hear him screaming inside his head when the police find him covered in blood on the livingroom couch. Indicating that he not only remembers what happened but at the time watched himself do it against his will and with no way to stop it.
Rule of Rose, maybe?
Yup that game. Things we were saying while playing it was disturbing lol.Postal 2 or Dead Space 2. Postal 2 is just plain, unexplained & ridiculous violence. Dead Space 2 has bloated, exploding babies...
...Exploding babies.

This definitely. But I actually liked murdering in that game. I guess that makes me disturbed :P
Bioshock, due to Dr. Steinman's encounter and his audio logs, Cohen Sanders' Fort Frolic and overall the whole mood of Rapture.
