Mine is Harvester for the PC, it may be cheesy but it was like being in an ultra messed up David Lynch and Lucio Fulci dimension. So, which game disturbed you the most?

Manhunt definately. It's completely psychopathic and it gets into your head.

SMT Nocturne was pretty damn warped too, talking to god and the devil and running around some bizaar japanese hell.

The Path, hard to really call it a 'game' in a traditional sense though... but the ambiguous themes just evoke some disturbance, it is somewhat visually and sonically chilling. I'd also give a mention to the Void as well in a similar manner - moreso in a more stark and weird way. Oh and I am playing Amnesia... which pulls off its sense of isolation, parania and dread

Can't remember what it's called but it was a banned PS2 game and you control this little girl around.

I'd have to say Fahrenheit was pretty much out there when it comes to messed up experiences.

I hate to sound like a wuss, but I found many parts of Fallout 3 quite disturbing. Certain parts where you discover some super mutant hideout or something where there are bodies hung on hooks, human organs strewn all over the floor, skeletons of children, and so on.

In Dead Space 2 I just killed a bunch of explosive dead babies by telekinetically bashing their cradles into them.

The Void. It's relentlessly hard, and the game basically consists of making your way through some sort of purgatory.

Another game that comes to mind is Cryostasis. Especially near the end, the game explores deep philosophical themes to an extent that is highly unusual in video games. The last few chapters have basically been designed to screw with your mind. An unforgettable game by any means.

I'd have to say Dante's Inferno, it wasn't bad or scary. Just kinda made me uncomfortable when my family came in and saw it.

It might be tamer than some of the others mentioned, but Bioshock is the most disturbing one for me. "Would you kindly snap that puppy's neck?"

To be honest, While the first Manhunt was disturbing, I found Manhunt 2 to be much more disturbing.
Particulary the part where the criminal personality implemented into the protaganists mind is shown responsible for brutally butchering his family, and you hear him screaming inside his head when the police find him covered in blood on the livingroom couch. Indicating that he not only remembers what happened but at the time watched himself do it against his will and with no way to stop it.
Postal 2 or Dead Space 2. Postal 2 is just plain, unexplained & ridiculous violence. Dead Space 2 has bloated, exploding babies...

...Exploding babies.

Bioshock, due to Dr. Steinman's encounter and his audio logs, Cohen Sanders' Fort Frolic and overall the whole mood of Rapture.
