Rock band $700-$800?

A bit pricy in my opinion. Looks like a fantastic game, and im sure there are people out there who will get it to play it with their friends, but still, $700-$800?!

If it costs more for Guitar hero II with only 1 guitar, why would it be cheaper to buy the whole band set?

Are you completely insane? First off, If I heard that number I would start to question if I didn't actually hear that wrong, or atleast use my brain to realize how incredible insane that pricetag is..

The game will probably $130 or something with all the instruments.

I thought it was a joke when they said it, is it not ? I doubt anyone is going to dish out $ 700.00 for that .

Yea but that still is pretty expensive. The drums seem most appealing, but not enought to shell $250 for all the instruments. And I'm prolly not gonna try and start some band with my friends. So I'll prolly just get the new guitar hero.

For the actual price, will be able to buy the instruments seperatley or does it only come in the 4 set.

According to Gamestop, it's $200 for a bundle with everything, the guitar and drums are $80, and the microphone is $30. I haven't seen where you guys are getting this from, but there's no way it would seriously be $700-$800. That's more than a PS3, for cryin' out loud.

This game is just a glorified version of Guitar Hero. The setup for the guitar playing on the screen looks too simple and ugly. This game is just Guitar Hero with karaoke.-MlKE-

And drums. Not to mention that it's by the same people who made Guitar Hero, unlike GH3 where they had to redesign the entire game, and will therefore probably be better for the GH crowd than GH3. (Although who knows, GH3 could end up kicking arse too.)
