I'm going with halo, the assault on the control room, and truth and reconciliation, and a certain level which shall not be mentioned and 2 other levels are just POOR level design, it's only made worse when you have to do 2 of them TWICE.

Halo is one that stands out. It had several levels that I really liked (the 2nd level, and the beach assault were just awesome). The Flood levels were veryboring and repetative, however.

Halo....1/3 of the levels are great (mainly Halo, Silent Cartagrapher, and the first half of Assault on the Control Room), 1/3 of the levels are simply passible, and 1/3 of the levels are among the worst I've experienced in a game...mainly the ones in the second half of the game.

Unreal 2.....just completely garbage.

Without a doubt, Halo 1, The Library level. The most aggregious useage of copy and paste EVER. Perhaps the reason why I am such a pessimist against this series in the first place. You can only go down the same inverted passage ways, stop and fight the flood for so long.

The rest of the levels in that game were no better.

If you want to talk about Halo, I have 2 levels. The library in Halo CE and the organic ship level in Halo 3 (those that played it will know what I mean), other than that, it had good design.

I thought the final level of Halo 3 was rather lame, to be honest. Lame boss, lame set-piece battles, lame escape sequence. Rest of the game was pretty good though.

I agree with the Library, ugh that was horrible, but I liked the organic ship level: It wasn't too long so it didn't get all that repetitive, and it was so disgusting it kept me entertained :)

Xen-Levels in Half-Life 1. I still don't understand why the designers suddenly decided to turn the game from an awesome shooter into an annoying mess of frustrating jumps.
