On-line buying

As a European PS3-owner, I am starting to get fed up with the release date of games being half a month, or sometimes more, later than the European one. I am also used to buying from stores, but eager to switch to on-line shops. Also the euro vs US dollar is quite important as that would mean I would be able to buy 3 games instead of 2.

2. Can you recommend me some European on-line shops? (For example: Lair, I might be interested in this game, but only the European version, that is supposedly due mid November.)

3. Any idea why Europe has to wait half a month longer?
