Oldest Copy of a Game You Own?

What is a copy of a game that you had for the longest time? I don't mean an old game you use to own back in the day, lost it, then purchased it again last week at a bargain bin in some store.

For me, probably the one game that I had for a long time is the original Metal Gear Solid for the PlayStation.

Donkey Kong Country 2 and Super Mario World for the SNES.

Oldest game I personally own? Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega Genesis. Oldest game in my house? Space Invaders for the Atari.

Super Mario 3, Zelda 1, Vagrant Story, Xenogears, FFVII, FFVIII,FFVIII, Zelda a Link to the Past, Super Mario World, Yoshi Island, Kirby All stars, NBA Jams 97

Hmmmm.... I guess it'd be Shadow of the Collosus and Killer 7. They were the only PS2 games I had that I would still play, if I went back to playing my PS2. A couple of my favorites :)

To my knowledge, its Reach for the Stars on those 5.25inch and a 3.5 inch floppies from the early 1980's...

got a copy of stonekeep laying around somewhere for windows 95 lol. I'd actually have to look for that tho. Looking at my organized game drawer the original resident evil for ps1 would probably be the oldest

The oldest games I ever owned (which are in the possession of my sister currently) are Super Mario World, F-Zero and Super Mario All-Stars. All of which came with my SNES back when I got it in 1993.

Well, I actually still have the first ever console game that I ever owned. I got it when it was brand new, around the time that I was 7 years old. I'm 30 now, so that'll give you an idea of how old it is. Still, such a great game. And here it is :

Pokemon Blue. I've had it for more than ten years.

Donkey Kong & Venture for the Intellivision. I had it since 1981

Got them all for my birthday in 1990 along with the Gameboy itself.

probably California games for my atari lynx. i think i got it new in 92 when i got my lynx.

Sim City 2000 is lying around somewhere.

Jeopardy for the PC. The very first with 4-color CGA graphics and 5 1/4" floppies. :lol: The only reason it didn't get tossed out was because it got sandwiched inside a box of old clothes and forgotten until a couple of years ago.

The oldest game I intentionally saved was the original Doom from 1993 with the hand-packaged box. It was the last of the three copies id sent me (probably for preordering waaay in advance). I sold* one copy and played with a second copy which had long since disappeared. That last box remains unopened. It's a reminder of id's indie roots.

*It wasn't available retail yet when I got mine.

There is a half dozen Coleco vision games somewhere, I know Zaxxon is one of them. We bought it sometime in the early to mid 80's but the console bit the big one about 2 decades ago.

I think the oldest one I have on hand is Full Throttle by Lucasarts.

Gran Turismo is the oldest I still have.
