Name This Game Please.

A long long time ago, I played a game. I had a really good time with it, and would love to know what it's called.

I don't know very much about it. I just hope this will be enough to go on.

-It was either on the SNES or Sega Genesis

-"Carnival" "Circus" or the like was in the title.

-It was really colourful.

-There were a lot of characters, such as a Seal that bounced a ball on his nose, and a guy on a unicycle.

-There were minigames.

i have no idea what game you're talking about, but it really makes me want to play aero the acrobat.
