Well, I'd go with Gwen in GW:EN, the only thing she does is being (very) annoying in the cutscenes, and how cliché they have made that girl - a totally failed character ;-(

Arthas from Warcraft 3. The way he talks is so annoying throughout the Human campaign and when you finish your like, "finally i get to be a new hero!" but then Arthas turns evil and you play him in the Undead campagin.

I nearly smashed my monitor in frustration.
