Looking for a specific game (3D, 1v1 battle)

Hello!

I am looking for avery specific old game. Been some years since I last played it. It's probably Flash or something alike. It's web based, not a game which you have to download.

It's a online 3d 1v1 tank/vehicle battle game. The "arena" was on top of a skyscraper.

You start out with a tank/vehicle of a kind. Just a plain gray vehicle. You could customize it with colors and different weapons as you progress by defeating other players. You would rank up as you progressed in the game. You could browse matches and pick your opponent.

I have been looking EVRYWHERE, but I cannot seem to find it.
