Is there a legitimate way to get free Riot Points?

I have been playing league of legends for just over a year & I was never able to buy Riot Points due to a lack of available payment options in my country so I wanted to know if there is any way to obtain free Riot Points or at least earn them in some capacity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are unable to get a credit card for any reason, ask your bank for a debit VISA. If they don't offer them, try other banks. It will work the same way any credit card does for purchases, but will use your own money instead of credit.
