Issue 1: No in-game storyline.

Issue 19: Ruined Roadhog's one-shot-centric gameplay; then gave it to Doomfist.
Issue 20: Unlocks are rarely based on any in-game achievements, good ones take too long to save currency for (3k takes weeks of marathoning to afford), and lootboxes often contain duplicates which yield barely any currency.
