That TDVision Overview video didn't tell me much. There's already a few HMDs like the Z800 that provide stereoscopic display AND 6DoF head-tracking, but I don't think that the screens in them have a resolution of at least 1280x720. Also, I'd personally rather have head-tracking implemented into the HMD itself so that there could be 1:1 movement between your actual head and your view. With the TrackIR/Wiimote approach, you'll still have to face whatever you're using as an IR camera for it to register your head movements, which limits your range of motion. (Admitted, this doesn't really hinder my TrackIR 4 Pro experience all that much, but if I'm using an HMD to immerse myself with the feeling of actually being in the cockpit of a fighter aircraft of some sort, if my view shows that I'm looking over the shoulder to see what's behind me, I expect to actually look over my shoulder for my view to rotate that much.)
