I know I definitely am mad at myself for selling my Dreamcast, I only had 2 games, but it was a great system!

Original Xbox, I thought that in the end 360 would support more of its games.

Every couple weeks or so I beat myself up for getting rid of my original Gameboy. That thing was in immaculate condition and I had all of the best games (including Mega Man 1 - 5) complete with their boxes and instructions. I pawned the whole collection for $75 when I was in high school.

Stupid, stupid, stupid . . .

ALL OF THEM.

I had an NES, SNES, Gameboy Color, Genesis, N64, PS1, PS2, and X360--all with the "best" games for each system. And I saved EVERYTHING..Boxes, Manuals, Inserts, etc. etc.

I sold the whole lot for a considerable amount of money at the time, but now I find myself recollecting everything again. Mainly SNES. I gave up on trying to find everything CIB...that's just too expensive. Now I just settle for game+manual.

When I was around 5 my mom sold our family NES, and Genesis along with all the games because we already had a Super Nintendo and didn't need to keep those........

I own a Retro Duo now (Plays NES/SNES games), and Genesis systems are really cheap, but I really wish I still had all the stuff we used to have.

I would say original xbox. I gave it to my friend when I got 360 thinking that it would be fully backwards compatible.

Banjo-Tooie, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Diddy Kong Racing, Wave Race 64. Now don't mind me as I shed a tear for these games I miss. Damn I was an idiot.

When I was in Junior High, I did a lot of babysitting for the neighbors, and I saved up a ton of money to buy a SNES and a load of games. Well my marks in school were bad, so my parents told me that until I improved my grades, I couldn't buy a SNES......So I took the money (that was burning a hole in my pocket) and I went to Radio Shack and bought a Turbografix-16 along with a few game instead, because they never said I couldn't buy one of those. I played that thing for about a week until they found out I bought it. Of course, like parents do, they made me sell it to one of my friends, and I never saw it again....That was a great little system with some great games, I really miss it. Wish I could find one, may just have to pick one up off of eBay for nostalgia sake.

I always regret what I sold in the past, but I guess I didn't realize what I was doing at the time. I sold my Atari 2600 w/games, Nintendo w/games, Genesis w/games, Playstation w/games, N64 w/games, and Saturn w/games. I just recently bought back my Saturn from my friend that I sold it to, but I will never get back the rest of the stuff. I can't even remeber where half of it went.

Not really because I've sold games and consoles all my life to buy new games that I can't afford. I sell them now for whatever price then if I really regret selling it I buy it back a few years down the road for much cheaper.

Example, I got GT3 at release for $50, I played it to death then sold it to gamestop or wherever. Now I just bought it from gamestop for $2.50, now I'm not really sure how much I sold it for at first but I can guarantee that it was more than $2.50. So in the end I made out by letting gamestop, kind of borrow it for awhile:D

Also, I just bought a Dreamcast for $25 about 2 months ago and I'm willing to bet that when I sold my original Dreamcast it was for more that $25

"Super Cobra" on Genesis, "Cool Spot" on Genesis, mostly I miss my Genesis I guess!

But there have been lots, really. The thing is, I'm just not a collector or a pack-rat. If I beat a game I'm pretty well done with it... there have been a handful of games which I have had the forsight to keep:

  • R/C Stunt 'Copter (PS1)
  • Sky Oddesey (PS2)
  • Indego Prophecy (PS2)
  • All of my Dreamcast games and console
  • Return to Wolfenstein (PS2)
  • Deus Ex (PS2)
  • Beyond Good & Evil (a game I will play forever, it's so perfect.)
  • All my GameCube games and console ("Eternal Darkness" is also one of those perfect titles.)

And on and on... perhaps I have a BIT of pack-rat blood in me... but not much...

i regret selling away Perfect Dark 64. yah, I totally regret that. I ended playing my N64 a little bitduring my first year in college and it would have been great to have played that game again. a sad thing that Rare totally destroyed it with Perfect Dark Zero. but i kept Goldeneye so it wasn't too depressing - it was the game that practically set up Perfect Dark to be the greatest shooter until Halo arrived. and i kept Zelda: Ocarina of Time so it wasn't a total loss but Perfect Dark was awesome.

I've made the mistake of getting rid of some N64, Gamecube, and PS2 games way back then, because I was really stupid. However I have redeemed myself by rebuying some of those games I made the mistake of getting rid off. Every now and then when I have the extra money, I'll go look around for them at Gamestop or on Amazon. :)
