GTA V confirmed for PC

Well, the answer is finally here.

And its about freaking time.

Awhile back, one of the 360 games I've sold was GTA V. This time, I'm going to re-pick it up on PS4 and experience it through that way.

Hell, I may hopefully get a PS4 this year, so that'd be a good time to trade up. That and The Last of Us remastered edition.

Hopefully it'll have mod support

Hopefully it'll run at all on current PCs. Remember, people, when GTA 4 on PC couldn't be ran at any higher settings than the lowest because otherwise it would have like 5fps? I'm pretty sure it'll be the same with GTA V.

This is just a cash cow for Rockstar

Hmm I'm a bit more optimistic with this one, they've had plenty of time and hopefully experience to port it.

The fact they have the time and the experience doesn't automatically mean they care. We all know Rockstar's attitude towards PCs and PC gamers. It's really surprising they even decided to port the game at all.

And now Everybody can experience just how overated this game is.....

Glad this is finally happening, but still crossing my fingers for the transition to be smooth on all platforms. I don't think anyone wants a repeat of what happen when GTA 4 came over to the PC.

Probably will since the GTA modding community is both huge and productive in cranking out mods.

This version was just like the HL3 game that never came, but when it does. People are going to throw money at it

I'm the worst kind of GTA player there is...... I always killed Hookers with a bat or Crowbar because I was far too cheap to even bother using bullets on them.... It felt like a waste....

I buy GTA for the story and nothing else.

Thats why for me the top GTA is Vice City and GTA IV, GTA SA was ok but the story lacked a lot and finished way to abruptly

i do enjoy the story in GTA games, but the main reason I buy them is the game world. It's amazing how much details Rockstar puts into these games to bring the city to life. A huge amount of small things that you wouldn't really notice while playing, but would definitely notice when playing a similar game that is lacking them.

Yeah...... All that detail.

Especially when you line up 10 busses next to each other and then fire a Bazooka at one of them just to see the chain reaction explosions.

Not to mention pissing off the the law and seeing how long you can maintain 6 stars !

The Novelty of a detailed world wears off real fast...... You know.... For those of us who aren't easily fooled by something shiny, like moths to a flame......

great!....GTA V will be released on PC somewhere in fall 2014.....

....meaning it will be fully playable without bugs and without any friggin stuttering somehwere in spring 2015 when enough patches are out.

Dont worry RDR will come to PC , it might be as a sequel but RDR will be available on pc within the next 2 E3´s

True, but not the original, neither will Sony games or games like Destiny

When I heard of GTA 5 was coming to the PC, the only thing I could think of was......................RolePlaying Servers!
