well i recommend Need For speed 1 and 2, but NOT "porsche unleashed" its garbage. Jet Moto is a good racing game (with hovering jetski type things), and of course Gran Turismo 1 and 2.

In my opinion, NFS 1 and 2 on PS1 are woefully mediocre. The PC versions are definitely the way to go for these two games, and there are MUCH better racing games on the PS1.

yeah the PC graphics are superior (as usual), but they are both half-decent games when it comes to PS1 racing games.
