I'm on the Citidel level, and I have already gotten Tali and Wrex on my squad, but I can't find Garrus anywhere. How do I get him? Is it still possible? Where is he?
yes its possible i had this problem last play through i cant remember where hes is as i have currently lost the disc but im pretty sure thatif you dont find him after you get to the piount that you will just about leave the citiadel he will find you. oh and if you want to do it properly if you head into the medical bay in the wards somewhere you will run into him there i think.
After you get Wrex, he will tell you about Garrus in the medical bay. GO to medical bay. In there you will face some bandit that blackmailing the doctor. Kill them all then Garrus will help you.
