Wizardry 8 followed close by Wizardry 7. On console, any of the early turn based Final Fantasy titles are on my list.

RUNESCAPE... MUST I SAY ANYMORE BUT THE WORD RUNESCAPE

Probably KOTOR 1 or 2. Those put me on to WRPGs as a genre and will always have a soft spot in my heart.

Trine 2..... Fantastic Progression System

, plus Asymmetrical Local Co-Op, most practical use of Magic in any game

Bastion, best implementation of Dynamic Difficulty in any video game ever.

Dragon's Dogma.... Most practical implimentation of Skill Custimization and Gameplay.... Its got a whole host of Design Flaws though.

This is a tough one, but I have to go with Final Fantasy III

Oblivion. It was the first RPG of its scale that I played and I still remember it with nostalgia.

Pokemon R/B/Y - I put in hundreds of hours into all three of them.

My other big favorites are Pokemon G/S, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Chrono Trigger, KOTOR, and Mass Effect.

It's a toss up between Skyrim, ME1, ME2, FF6 and The Witcher 2

Wrpg: Witcher 1, Fallout

Ultima 7: The Black Gate.

Skyrim. I love exploring and discovering new places, monsters and items.

Pokemon Black 2

Fallout New Vegas

Planescape Torment. Although Vampire Bloodlines and Fallout 2 are close.

As for JRPGs....Final Fantasy III (6), perhaps?

For JRPG I would say FF9. I enjoy the combat and the character growth.

NwN for WRPG but I do enjoy Drakensang.

The Fallout series. Hard to pick a favorite.

If I had to narrow it down to one game, I would have to pick The Last Story. Everything about the game was simply breathtaking

Morrowind with bloodmoon and tribunal expansions.

final fantasy VII I not its got many flaws, however it was my first rpg I ever played and the first experience I had with it as never been matched.
