Does LOTRO as good as WOW? Worse or better?

Hey i have this game before, but i'v only played one MMO and that was World of Warcraft. Does anybody think this wil be any compitition to WOW and does this game have any similarities to wow?Does anybody think it's any better?

If so why and can peaple tell me about this game and stuff i'm intrested in this game but i dont to waste my money on a Lord of the Rings Online rip off game thanks.

PS Do you find that all the merchants increase their Lord of the Rings Online Gold price?

Maybe the Turbine closed farm account like Blizzard did, before?

*Urgh, Glitchspot* Back on topic, LOTRO has a better setting, and WOW has more players. There doesn't appear to be any other difference between them.
