Do games on GS ads almost always get a bad review??

Maybe it's just that I notice the bad games more often, but it seems like the games that advertise on GS almost always end up getting a much lower score than expected.

Anybody else feel this way or have any evidence (like a list of ads and their review scores) to deny or support this hypothesis??
