Can you still buy a new ps2?

not likely. Sony finally stopped production at least a year ago. Stores around here don't have them. but you could actually pick up the phone and call around if you REALLY wanted to know.....

There are some stores who may sell it for 70 Euros,along with a few games and memory card if you're willing to sing up for a 3-year warranty.

So basically, based on all the current replies, it depends where you live. There are zero brand new PlayStation 2 consoles at places like Future Shop, Best Buy, Wal-Mart where I live. I'm also looking for one. Found a number of brand new ones on eBay but they're like around $160 - $200.

If all else fail, there will always be Ebay, just look for the less expensive pricing & shipping.

I've seen some stores that still carry new PS2 systems.

It may be hard to find a new system and most games you would probably have to get them used.
