Are there any games for the old xbox or Xbox 360 that remind you of the anime Bleach? If so, please tell me I would like to check them out.

For Xbox I suggest you try Ninja Gaiden, Dead or Alive Ultimate, Jade Empire, Otogi, and Genma Onimusha. They are not exactly Bleach like, but they do have great Oriental environment and anime influenced. Ninja Gaiden, Otogi and Genma Onimusha are great sword hack-and-slash action adventure, which is what Bleach is all about.
