Best Soundtracks of 2013

As the year draws to a close, it's the right time to celebrate the best gaming music that came out in the last 12 months. I'm an avid fan of video game soundtracks in general and I firmly stand by the fact that music is of one of the most important aspects of a game when it comes to creating immersion and atmosphere and arousing genuine emotion. 2013 has been a fantastic year for game OSTs so feel free to share anything that stood out for you in particular.

The Last of Us - Main Theme - Gustavo Santaolalla

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon - Power Core - Power Glove

Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag - Under The Black Flag - Brian Tyler

Grand Theft Auto V - We Were Set Up - VA

BioShock Infinite - Elizabeth - Garry Schyman

Payday 2 - The Mark - Simon Viklund

Mass Effect 3: Citadel - The End... - Cris Velasco & Sascha Dikiciyan

I cannot think of any individual songs atm, but Pokémon X / Y have very good soundtracks, as does Final Fantasy XIV: ARR

The Last of Us had the best soundtrack followed by Beyond two souls.

I really liked the Ni No Kuni soundtrack for music for 2013

Thats the only soundtrack i like

Metal Gear Rising. The speed metal synced with the action was superb.

Oh, and Super Mario 3D World. It sticks on your head like a facehugger.
