Assassin's Creed IV : help

I've been playing this game on my laptop for a while.The problem is I always get 0% memory sync after completing a mission, I always complete all the optional objectives,I even followed 100% sync walkthrough on YouTube but it doesn't work.

Also, when I start the game it shows 0% completion on the main menu but I'm about halfway through the main story.

And what about the save files? Won't I have to play from the beginning again?

Hmm, i get a feeling that this is a grey copy since one of the often issues with those is that they cannot save because of admin rights or having no account attached to it.

But just incase it´s not log on Uplay and make sure you start the game from that so that i will recognize the account and save location.

that's weird, that's not really a big deal if you just want to beat the game

Run the game as Admin. Right click on the game icon and click "Run as admin" or go to properties of the icon then compatibility and check "Run this program as Administrator" click apply and launch the game. I guess you are trying to play without an Internet connection because that's when the problem occurs. I ran into same problem with Unity.
