Hi, I need to find an article (newspaper, magazine, internet etc.)for my Psychology class in which we are going todiscuss violence in video games, mostly in children. I was wondering if anyone had read any articles recently that would say that violent games do not cause violent behavior?

Perhaps if it mentions temporary aggression or no changes in brain patterns or something, I'm sure you all know what I mean.

I figured I could do this myself just by typing in like video game article intogoogle, but I thought maybe some people here would know a good place to start.

Thanks

I found a site about violence in video games not affecting the youth.

PBS.org-Videogames

Although I think this is complete bull. Violence in games DO affect our youth, Weather we like to believe it or not. But I know I will get flamed seeing as this is a gaming site, but this is my feeling on this issue .

I hope this helps :D!

I do believe violence in video games causes violence in youth has some merit, I think it is blown completely out of proportion.

Plus, the girls in my class will say 'of course it does!', so of course I have to refute it. ;)
