Are the buildings in Batman Arkham City small?

Odd question I know, but I can't find any maps of the all the buildings, only the over world map. Like in Arkham asylum, each building covers a few floors

Uhm... What do you mean ? Most of them are wide and low lying buildings but several of them stick out like a Porn Stars Nipples in the Freezing Alps..... Why so curious about the building sizes ?

If the question you're asking is can you go into most of the buildings the answer is no. And yes the ones you can go into tend to be pretty small.
