I don't mean it to sound like an attack, but your thread title doesn't say much about what you are talking about, and neither did your initial post. It was hard to know what was going on, especially with the broken link.
Theatre of War was released in Europe and Battlefront.com last year. This is just a retail North American release. From what I can tell, the review was written back then and uses the old system.
