its a brand new year everybody, anything you would like to confess or would like to change about your gaming habits, a couple of mine are play 30min less for homework, dont trash talk online, and get more into racing games.

Stop playing WoW.

Finish the dozen or so games from the last 2 years that i purchased and never played for more than an hour.

Replay some old favorites.

Never buy another game unless i fully intend on playing it and only it until its beaten.

Branch out a little with my purchases and not just be nailed down as much to brand names and reputations....or listen to ratings that much.

My resolution is to beat more games and cut down on my backlog a bit. So far I'm doing okay. I've beaten 2 games (going on 3) within the first 14 days of the year. I guess I'm off to a good start.....we'll see how well that holds up.

To give games a second chance instead of trading it in and to try to find a game where me and my gf will both play that's not a party-type, sim, etc... Also to try to find some tournaments for Brawl so I can earn some money, since im gonna spend a lot of time playing it.

  • Finish every game in my collection that I have not completed.
  • Buy as many rare GC/PC games as I can.
  • Beat foxhound_fox in Starcraft/Starcraft II.>_>
  • Do more insane speed runs.

Finish Half Life 2 on the PC which I bought and started 2 years ago. Currently on level 9 of 14.

Give Dead Rising on the 360 another go. It's been lost in my 360 games collection and not gotten the gametime it deserves.

Play on a PS3 and Wii I still haven't played on either of them.

Get past 5000 achievement points. I'm currently on 2000+ (1 year after getting a 360)

  • Finish more games.
  • Buy some of the last gen games I missed (preferably on the cheap :P)
  • Buy a Dual Station Gen-X (system that plays Sega Genesis and NES games)
  • Pick up some of the older games I've been wanting to buy for NES, SNES, Genesis, Dreamcast and maybe Saturn.
  • Complete the next gen hat trick by getting a PS3.
  • Build a new PC.

Looks like I'm going to be broke this year! :|
