For some reason when I try to summon GFs in disc 3 it frezzes up every time and this only freezes when trying to use a GF. It is not like this on any other disc..

@squalls_revival- Looks like you are going to have a lot of goodies:) The Final Fantasy VIII thing sucks and I know just how you feel..:(

I think the pre order bonuses are worth looking into as well...which pre order bunus do you guys think looks the best? Where you going to get Final Fantasy XIII-2 at?

I preordered the collector's version of FFXIII-2 and ME3 yesterday. Ican't wait till they come out especially since it has the complete soundtrack which I wanted to get anyway so this works out even better. As far as pre-order bonuses go I'm slightly obsessed with ordering stuff off amazon but I NEED this the day it comes out and I never do expediated delivery so I went with Gamestop instead. So instead of Omega I get an alternate outfit, I can live with that.

Also, a bit of a complaint here, Japan gets XIII-2 a month and a half before the 2 other territories and Europe has 3 different special editions of the game available, how'd the US get the short end of the stick? Why can't all the territories just be equal.

ME3 is Mass Effect 3 I believe....thats the only thing I can think of.

I pre ordered Final Fantasy XIII-2 collecters edition at Gamestop as well; so I will get the alternate costume as well. I have had versus reserved on amazon for a while:( I hope there is a collecters edition for Versus as well. I will definetly get it if they do.

yeah I think we should have been able to get Final Fantasy XIII-2 for christmas...It is usually worse for FF fans in Europe then in the US. They usually come to Japan then to US and then to Europe...that is maybe why Europe gets more special editions because Square feels bad because they are last to get the games. I guess it still puts the US on the backburner in terms of special editions.

I also wish we would have gotten the Lightning PS3 but its only getting released in Japan...When I first saw it I was wanting it then found out that it was only JApan.

Amnesiac23- Yeah I am the same way. I went and got the Final Fantasy XII collectors edition when it was released. I love soundtracks too, never had one. I have been tempted to get some on the Square Enix site before they have a Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy X,Final Fantasy XIII, and Final Fantasy XI soundtracks.

Yes, ME3 is Mass Effect 3, I love that series too! I agree with what you said on Europe and I really shouldn't complain since US is normally either 1st or 2nd with these things and not last. As for the discussion on soundtracks, I got X and X-2 off Itunes and I imported the one for XIII and I can say that I find them all to be well worth it. If you can find the tracks on youtube I know of a way to get the audio from those.

I don't know what you mean by freezing discs, if you mean a game that always freezes at a certain point, I've never had that issue.

My game frezzes while the characters are trying to summon GFs. Only did this on the 3rd disc. I had to avoid using them in the 3rd disc. It froze more often when I played it on PS.

I'm very anal about all my belongings so they need to be in pristine condition and organized alpabetically and by system. The only time I scratched a disc was when I brought my 360 to a friends for the first time and me being stupid laid the 360 down horizontally but upside down as I had never used it horizontally before. Turn it on + Halo 3 disc= a disc with circular scratches. I bought a new copy to replace it and later found out the disc would still work if I had Halo 3 installed on my console.

#Lightning__Evil - I too do the same, everything should be in a perfect condition, I like to organize them so it's easy finding games I want to play, but I don't rush buying things.

I am like that now....but when I was about five I was a little different. I actually go overboard now. Especially with my systems..like my PSP and 3ds. I make sure there are no fingerprints and scratches on my screens and if there is I flip out.

Handhelds usually do not go out on me like a console does but that may be because I play my consoles more.

I feel you on the PS2 Squall except my experience was with the Gamecube which in all honesty was probably my main console from last gen. I had three red rings before my xbox died and then I ended up convincing my parents to get me a new one as an early christmas gift and because I need my 360.

As for the organization topic. I have four shelving units in my basement that is divided into DVD, Blu-ray, TV series, PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox, 360, Gamecube, Wii, and DS with all their titles alphabetical and I find myself in need for a fifth unit as these 4 are now full. My issue with this is I have some TV series that are bluray and some that are DVD so I'm not sure how I'm going to fix that issue wither by seperating the format of TV series, keeping them all intermixed, or mixing the tv series into their format groups breaking apart the tv series group. Its a problem for me, see what you get me started with, also I'm seriously taking suggestions on this issue.

I organize mine by producer and developer of the game. Like All square games in one area and capcom in another. I do have them organized in console as well. They are alphebetical in their producer group. I think this is fine thhough..I do not consider myself OCD or having problems. I just care for my stuff and do no want them to break.

#Lightning__Evil - Good order, but I wouldn't separate the DVDs from the BRDs, I'll separate everything depending on the console (TV alone of course) and then sort them Alphabetically, this is enough I think and it will be easy for you to find what you want, I also have the list saved on my PC as a backup, usually using MS Excel, you can then print the list and keep it with every game unit, especially for the old consoles as these aren't getting updates anymore.
I'm doing what I've said above, but when I'm playing I pick 5 games depending on the release date, I play the oldest to the news so that I don't just pick what I like, this way I'll never find myself playing least favorite games together, and it will always be diverse.

I think turtles actually do love gaming, also Squall, about mentioning that I should mix my DVDs and BRDs together the main reason I have them seperated is because the BRD cases aren't as tall as the DVD cases and I think they look better without the discrepency in height.

That is also true not to mention that in terms of playing the disc. If you are going through a selection that is primarily dvds but also includes blurays and pick out a bluray without paying attention and then realize you need a different player then a normal dvds player that could be a problem.

You do not actually time travel in Chrono Chross..It involves dimensions.
