Why can't I preview when creating new topics?

I tried to post a new topic with pics in it and it was all messed up and I can't preview it to fix it....

@me2002: If you click on the "EDIT" button you are able to fix any issues that may have gone live with a post. However, this feature is only open for a limited time (to avoid abuse).
