So it's obvious that there is something wrong with the union percentage. My union has been Level 1 22% for a few weeks now. Just is anyone even trying to fix it?
It is bugged. All union glitches and improvements are to be fixed when the union enhancement is done, so don't expect your union to level anytime soon...
