Today I got asked by Gamespot to do a survey.
Okay fine, if I can help improve the website experience, sure.
But I get asked questions about hardware electronics outside of videogames and where I buy those.
Now I understand building a profile of your visitors, but what use does Gamespot have for knowing
where I buy my tv's or laptops, what specifics are important to me about these products,
what kind of influence I have over my friends and family in their purchases, how much I spend,
other than selling this to (outside) marketing parties?
Call me paranoid but this is neither related to this website nor to the specific videogaming audience.
Honestly, I want to know.
