User Reviewers Recommendation thread

I haven't read around much from other folks here on Gamespot, but there are three users that impress me consistently, and that is Azghouls and ChristianKiss and robinnwa . They've both written heaps. ChristianKiss I'd like to see get the top 500, but Az has that one, so I'm recommending him for the top 100 emblem.

I feel awkward recommending myself , but I do. I hope the quality is good. I try to write a decent length too. All recommendations are for WRITTEN only too. Thanks.

Modesty doesn't allow me to say I'm a great reviewer, although I indeed love writing reviews about games I've finished. So far I have 51 reviews and I believe it's a good number for any user here in GS (although the hardcore reviewers have much more than that). Please, see my contributions here.

I recommend these users for the top reviewers emblems (written-only, no videos): sequekhan, fastpunk, Azghouls, dn3datomiced, Sorvos and Cunhao.

I reccomend him easily too, before he wrote two or so reviews, but now having wrote more thansix reviews, he's an eays reccomendation and seeing as he writes them regulary, I can see him in the top 100 with his in depth reviews.

My updated recommendations:

First of all, SGTiD1NG0, the founder of the Reviewers Union and the best Playstation reviewer that I know of.

khoofia_pika, a very systematic reviewer with in-depth looks at games.

charizard1605, original and smart reviews, great attention to detail.

celtic1962, already in the Top 100 but worth mentioning anyway. Excellent reviewer.

Probably bigd575 doesn't have large reviews, but they are smartly written so that they give a general feeling to a game. Recommended.

He's Top 500, but is worth Top 100. Azghouls, recommended by all means.

An absolutely awesome reviewer, ChristianKiss constantly does some nostalgic old-school stuff.

asian_pride69's In-depth, enormous reviewes tell you anything you need to know about a game.

And lastly, me again :D LGTX, not worth describing.

I'd like to nominate JustPlainLucas if I may. His written reviews have a good amount of personality behind them, and his structuring is well done, too.

I think it would be unfair not to give Ebbderelict a shout for a Top 500 emblem

I'd also like to recommend GameBlender, Canana,TissueShoe, AK_The_Twilight and psptius for their outstanding contributions in terms of community reviews.

I'd like to recommend LGTX for either of the top 100 or top 500 written reviewer emblems. I found them in-depth, accurate, and full of all the important information I come to expect from a great review. In many instances I believed them to be better than mine, describing details in ways I have yet to master. Just hope I can squeeze this post in before they're handed out.

I'm going to nominate myself since the old adage of, "if you want something done right, do it yourself" holds true! Sure some of my earlier written reviews were a bit short but my newer reviews are epic in their magnitude and undertaking! Especially my UFC Undisputed, Oblivion, and Onechanbara reviews! Besides, a little positive encouragement always helps ^_^.

I'd like to recommend my review for Mass Effect. Though I'm not a native speaker of English, I put much effort in it.

A warm thanks to the GS staff for deciding to give ChristianKiss an emblem. Although I am a bit confused - I thought top 500 would be more prolific than top 100, as I assumed top 100 (being a lesser number) would be the better goal to aim for, and indicate a member was better than a top 500 member. Regardless, I'm glad ChristianKiss has the top 100 one. I hope I can meet your standards one of these days, and at least get one of the emblems.

I would like to recommend Pierst179 for a top reviewer emblem. His reviews are consistent, very informative and helpful, and have good insight on the games. Here are his reviews.

I feel kind of selfish recommending myself, but I'd like to show you my reviews as well for your consideration. I write them on a regular basis for every game I play and I put some time and effort into each of them, and from what other people say I guess I'm a pretty good reviewer. i've written two full pages of reviews, and most of them are at least medium in length, but a lot of them are fairly long and detailed.

i hope this scheme is open-minded, because my reviews are more unconventional than most, and i guess someone might say that they're how a 'critic' would write a review. but they're generally well-written...
