On that page, you can clearly see images from Vice City and Liberty City Stories being listed under GTAIV.
Even if you click on one of those images, the game they're suppose to be associated with even say "Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (PSP)", for example.
If you associate an image to a game, and say it is related to the whole "game universe", it will show up for all games in that universe ( for example gta4, gta3, gta:lcs, gta:vc are all in one universe)
