Unable to download videos

When I click on the download link, I get "Get the free file from a Gamespot server" 

Try this. Go to this link.

When logged in, you should see a download button and "Get the file free from a GameSpot server." Click on that button and it should take you to another page that allows you to choose which format to download. Right click and save link as to download the file.

Well, this leads me to another problem...

I was able to download that video. But for other videos, when I get to the "Get this file free.." you say there is a button that takes me to another page. I can't see that button. I can't see a lot of buttons acutally. If it helps, I can print screen it, so someone can better understand what's going on. Also: I'm using FireFox version 1.5.0.10, would it help if I updated?

a print screen would help and some information about your OS, Browser and anything ens that you think might be helpful.

When using Opera, I get to see everything. So I'm assuming that I need a plugin for FireFox. I'll be getting a print screen now...

Do you use FF on a Mac or PC?  What version & build?
