My 'About Me' section on my profile just deleted itself! It's not even in my prefs! Should I retype it or is it a glitch?

i seem to have trouble keeping my profile avatar,seems to delete itself,it keeps defaulting to this rock avatar that i never uploaded,real wierd

Mine defaults to an old VH one I had then the next time I look it is back to normal.
