The Unions Levels and Emblems are not working right now. GS is starting the work on a new Lay out of the Unions. They know of this issue but the new lay out will be much diff than what it is now so I dont think they plan on fixing the Unions now. After the new lay out is down, every thing should work again like it used to. What this means is, NO union is going up in Levles or Emblems.
