Giant Bomb to Gamepot Total Access form submit error

The page where you have to fill out your details comes up with an error "One or more required fields were not filled out" even though I have filled all the fields. Then every time I try to submit the form, it just resets the fields leaving them empty and no confirmation that it has gone through. Edit: I'm not in the US or Canada. Edit2: Using Firefox. Win7 Pro.

Yeah, same here. I assume the servers are getting flooded? I'm in the US. little bit off topic, but is there a way to keep the ads? I really don't mind them. Gamespot would feel empty without ads :)

Same problem. From India here and facing the same required info missing error.

Also tried it across different browsers thinking it might be a browser issue but it's a problem in both Firefox and Chrome.

Tried several times myself also - no joy. I'm in the UK so just assumed the form was racist, but it seems US/Canadian people are also having troubles.

Hopefully it gets sorted, can't say I'd be that fussed if it didn't - i'm here for the bomb, but would be nice to check out add-free GS :)

I have the same trouble redeeming my code. I'm from the UK as well. I tried completing the form in IE9 and Chrome.

It kept coming back with"One or more required fields were not filled out".

Please help! Thanks.

Well, I seem to have fixed it if it hasn't been fixed for everyone else. My system locale was different for the computer I tried redeeming the code on. On this computer with English system locale, it had no problem at all.

No offense, but you guys (GameSpot) really need to improve your HTML form skills. I had to adjust the account settings form myself (thank god for Chrome/Firebug) in order to change the email address associated with my account.:roll:

Please do offend. Maintenance of forums is miserable with blatant and serious bugs frequently popping up and often being left unattended for days, weeks, months. Don't know what the problem is, but there certainly is one. Hopefully fixing this will be of a higher priority than usual.

Looks like someone's doing something since I'm getting a new error message now.
The form goes away and it says: "An unknown error occurred. Please contact customer service for help."

I've contacted GS Staff directly about this. They'll made aware of the problem and we'll hopefully get a fix for it. For now, can you guys please provide more info, links, screenshots etc - it'll help with getting this fixed.

Worked for me just now. Looks like it had something to do with the postal code form based on it now saying (US/Canada).
So left that unfilled and got a green message saying some sort of thing. Have to log out and in for to be applied.

It worked for me too. The postcode section is now US or Canada only, so I left it blank and then got the message to log out and in again to initiate my total access.

My code went through (I think) but it didn't work. I still see ads on the site and the members only section of my profile is the same as it was before I entered the code. When I went and tried to re-enter the code thinking maybe it didn't take because of high loads, it just times out or gives me an error. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now.
