BUG? Text Bar One Space Forward at Start of Editor

Similar to this thread, I am unsure if this is a bug or an error, and this is a minor thing.

Often when I click on an empty text box (Without reply or quote), the text bar will automatically be one space forward. This occurs in forums and private messages. It is not quite an indentation and it only occurs sometimes, so I believe this is a bug. If it is a site feature, my feedback is that I do not like it.

Like I said in the thread I linked to in this post, the little things really do matter. I understand there are more important things to address such as reporting incorrect game information. Fixing this at some point would appreciated.

I've noticed this too - it's somewhat odd, and as harmless as it is, is undesirable as well. It appears to be quite literally a non-breaking space that would normally get added via the space-bar. I suspect this is most likely a side-effect of the way the WYSIWYG editor is implemented, and may or may not be necessary.
