I had sent in a request because I am getting charged 39.95 from gamespot (yes, thats what it says i read it correctly), but i only have a free account. I dont even know how they have my credit card number.
I want to know at least what the account name is so i can try to cancel it if it is something i somehow made but forgot about. I got an email confirmation that I had sent in my requests on February 27th, and it still hasn't been answered. Help please?
Call the actual company. If you can't get to them call their Parent company, CNET (or email them). So your saying that when you check your credit card bill at your bank... it says 39.95 paid to Gamespot?
Unless you have provided us with CC info at one time or another, there is no possible way for us to charge you. You should use the help link at the top right corner of the page to contact customer service and verify this.
