Question on creating Photo Threads

I tried searching for info on creating a photo thread but had a hard time searching. I used google to try and find threads like i wanted to create but didnt find any. I was shocked i didnt find any, maybe im searching wrong, but decided to ask just to be sure.

For instance, i was wanting to create a Thread called "Gamecube Porn" and then post cool Gamecube pictures of random Gamecube items like games, controllers, devices, collectibles, etc. Would like to inspire others to create threads like it or post photos on the threads. Examples, NES Porn, SNES Porn, N64 Porn, GC Porn, Wii Porn, Wii U Porn, Gameboy Porn, etc. Not all at once, but as i create photos or something.

Do we already have threads like this, i tried looking, but only found random photo threads, no dedicated Porn threads.

What board(s) were you thinking of making these topics on? I would say you can make photo topics if you plan to add discussion to them. There is no point making a thread if you are not creating a topic for users to discuss or debate. Also, I would rethink the idea of using "porn" in the title, perhaps fan photos or collection photos or just "Gamecube photo's thread" would be better.

However, if you can say which board(s) you are thinking of running this on, I can then talk to the moderators of the board(s) in question and get feedback to pass on or get them to contact you.

I would also add that it's considered polite to give a 56k warning in the thread title if you intend to have a lot of photos in a discussion.

@Garfield360UK: It was for the Nintendo forum. I was just wanting to use the title "Wii U Porn" to give it an iconic name to help with searching. It would be just random photo replies, like i would buy a new game and post a photo of it. I wouldnt post a whole bunch at once, but i guess some could if they wanted to. I dont want to post like a collection, just one item or so in each reply, to help show of the art of the item.

Could be called "Amiibo Art" or Amiibo Porn. Each post would feature a different Amiibo. First might be Mario Amiibo, then next post a Zelda Amiibo, then next, Donkey Kong. Could show Amiibo in some form of art, like a painting, or something. Same with the Wii U thread, it would be used to post Wii U related stuff in art form. Could be picture of a game, painting, drawling, etc.

@darkspineslayer: Would you post 56k in the title like "Amiibo Art, 56k" or "Amiibo Porn, 56k". I think im leaning toward using the word Art instead of Porn. I though Porn would be a good title at first, but on second thought i like the word Art better.

Thanks for the replies, i think i have a good ideal on how to move forward with the ideal. Ill avoid using the term Porn as the term has lost meaning and would most likely cause problems with people joking about stuff a lot.
