Another Great Final Fantasy Game!

This is another great installment of a classic series! There are many positives and few negatives to this game. What made this game stick out to me was the new sphere grid system that the game used. This system allowed the player to completely modify their characters to whatever they saw fit. This gave a large amount of freedom to character development, the most since Final Fantasy VIII. Square came out once again with another superb storyline. Although not as engrossing as its previous counterparts, this story has many plot instances to get sucked into. Character design, worldly atmosphere, and ambiance are spot on in this game. My one complaint about this game is not major, but I felt that this was the easiest Final Fantasy game I have ever played. I do not know if it was just because the sphere grid allowed you to 'Max' out your characters, or if the game was made for a younger crowd. Overall, this game met my expectations for the first PS2 installment of the Final Fantasy series, and will be played repeatedly just like the rest of my FF games! If you have not played this game yet, I would really recommend heading down to your nearest video game establishment and buy a used copy. It is cheap and you will definitely get your money's worth!
