More old school FF goodness

Final Fantasy II for the PSP is about the same as the PSP version of the original FF. Some updated graphics, better translation, some new dungeons to explore and conquer. This FF is also is noteworthy for trying to change up the RPG formula a bit back in the day. Leveling up will still increase some of your stats but your strength is determined by your weapons and weapon level. This can make switching up weapon types for your characters a chore grinding is now used to level a characters weapon skills up to snuff. Also like FF the story and characters are nothing special. No back story for characters, a basic and cliche plot about an evil empire out to conquer the world. Yet also like FF these are just small nitpicks to an other wise fun game. Bosses are still challenging and you will still find yourself drawn into the simple plot. if you loved Final Fantasy for PSP then this game is a no brainer.
