A nice seque-way into FEAR3, yet the lack of new content makes it dispensable.

My lord, this DLC is short! Only an hour long, maybe an hour and a half tops! And I came in thinking it was going to be an expansion campaign hehe.

FEAR3: Reborn is a good link between the second and third game installments.

The gameplay is essentially the same as in FEAR2: Origin, even though you play a different character, a rogue Replica soldier. Coincidentally you still have the slow-mo power, probably the reason why you have gone rogue and can seemingly think for yourself (unlike the other clone soldiers).

The short game-time is packed full of action, and it is quite fun but is nothing you haven't seen in main game. I'd expect the game to last no more than one sitting, and might be expecting a bit more if you don't have this in mind.

If budget is not an issue, I think this is a worthwhile complement to the FEAR franchise, and one you should pick up. It is relatively cheap, and is very light in content, so it may be a tough decision for gamers with tight pockets.
