Simple, cute fun. Basically what they give you is what you get and that's not much. But it's okay for the $5 price.

Family Table Tennis is easy to pick up and i'd recommend it if you can't decide what you should do with your last 500 Wii Points if you have any remaining. It could have been made better for I guess for $5 dollars it's pretty adequate to give you 4 characters (a son, a daughter, a mom, and a dad) and 4 vacation scenes (beach, amusement park, forest park, gym). Family Table Tennis also consists of 3 fun little minigames to play to brush up on your skills or just to play when you're bored. As a party game it may not be the best but if it's just the two of you then this game works. Although there is not much a difference between Singleplayer and Multiplayer it is still more fun to play with a friend. The graphics in the backgrounds are very good and i highly enjoy the cell-shaded characters. There is an option to whether or not turn off their voices in the midst of a game but you'll barely notice since all it is is an occasional grunt or cheer such as 'Yosh!' which means Okay! in Japanese. All the characters are well drawn and likeable even if there isn't much to them.

With a very cute style, very good graphics, fun multiplayer and singleplayer and fun minigames to play when you don't feel like playing regular table tennis this game is not bad. It's just a cute little bundle of fun.
