Innovative graphics, and good sound, plus fixes and a slightly enhanced plot. A JRPG for all fans....... On the PS3.

Now I'm not that big on RPGs but this one is one I'll be picking up for sure after an extended play run at my Local Game Stop on the PS3.

The sound and VOs are top notch, the graphics make you feel like your playing an animated movie instead of a realistic world. (An innovative choice IMHO) Far too many games go for hyper real graphics and then fail out right or fall short, and those that do achieve such levels often get things toned down in their sequels.

Eternal Sonata on the PS3 is a great game for all JRPG fans, it has wonderful graphics, and suffers none of the slow downs the 360 version has trouble with.

On top of that the VOs are perfect, and animations, and combat system are easy to understand and get into while containing enough depth for hardcore JRPG fans to still get lots of fun out of this killer title.

My only major complaint would be that some times the game world looks too bright, or too dark. But this can be fixed with some mild tweaks in the game menus........ As well as some locations are just so small when you consider how grand the cutscenes are the actual playable game seems vary small for the player.
