Okay for once im gonna be on time for my review. You should be very proud of me, if not then be proud of my review. I am far and foremost a Dragonball Z fan, always have been always will be and no bad game like a game i wont mention due to probably some copyright infringement mention. Despite some rough edges and a disappointing shortened roster, Raging blast is a raging blast, a raging blast that takes some quick thinking to really get into the groove the game guides you on. Gameplay, graphics, mechanics, whatever. All games have thier flaws not one game is absolutely perfect. I'll tell you whats right and whats wrong.

Gameplay: First off, the gameplay is smooth, hardly any slow downs or lags of glitches for what i've observed. Most of the time your fighting your teeth out just to stay alive even on the easy difficult..or maybe that was just me. Anyway, what makes the gameplay a little off and once again, it may just be me. But the controls have changed, and its a big adjustment you have to make. However its still adjustable, and perhaps you can change controls. But most of the time it makes you feel awkward when you cant remember certain things. The camera problem is fixed somewhat, theres only been one time out of the whole time i was playing that the angle at which i could only see the freaking spiked hair of the protaganist. A minor problem.

Graphics: The game is stunning. Next gen worthy, it does not like you down in that department, it has a slick anime style look to it that will not disappoint the fans of the true anime nation. You'll have no problem getting into the way the game looks, the way you pull off attacks and the way your character efficiently gets hurt and actually looks it. Depending on the nature of the attack will also depend on the nature of your injury.

The Story mode is quit superb, despite once again a few missing elements, such as the classic fly around mode that i missed in this. The way the story plays out is just as it is in the anime. So no let down there, no kiddied up word play, personalities fit the profile and such. However i did notice that even when the character is dead, sometimes you can still hear them talk trash which i think is more comical then an anomaly. Overall, the game is good. It dont get much better then this. And if it does, please inform me of it's existence on the next gen console.
