This has so much game play it could possibly one of the largest games I have ever played.

This game starts off with the story of a demon who is the "Overlords" son, and tells you about how he reads manga all day, and plays video games, and his father broke his game console so he wants to get ultimate revenge on him by defeating him with a "Heroes" power. The way they play that story out is actually quite hilarious, and the voice acting is really terrible so it is fun to watch the little talking cut-scene things they have.

Where this game really starts to kick off is its game play, it gives pretty good tutorials on how to play, and it has a lot of twists for being a tactical game. Take the colored ground tiles for example, there are these tiles in the game that effect who stands on them with special benefits, such as 50% more atk, or 50% more def. You can hit colored squares to remove the current effect and place another on that color, it requires quite a bit of thinking and strategy to play this game.

The soundtrack is quite good, it has a few memorable songs, and the game actually comes packaged with a CD with a few of the songs from the game on it. The game sounds itself though are sub par, and really don't add or remove anything from the game play, only real sounds are jumping, hitting, throwing, and that is about it.

The depth in which you can choose to level your group and the amount of classes you can have is probably one of the largest ever made. You can level each character you have up to 9999, which is for the extreme. On top of that, you can rebirth your class back to level 1 with all the skills you had before, so that adds even more game play depth. Even more is the fact you can go into item dungeons, which is basically a dungeon which every floor you go down it gives your item higher stats and more rarities, so that adds even further depth.

Honestly this is quite possibly one of the best tactical RPG's I have ever played, it has incredible depth, a hilarious story, and addictive and fun game play, basically everything you need if you are a hardcore gamer looking for a new RPG to get into. Try it out you won't be disapointed.
