This is by far the best game that I had ever played on PC. This role playing game is the best way to dive into the Dungeons and Dragons game. There could be more characters in Diablo but there are more in Diablo 2 and lord of destruction. To put it point blank, get ready to start slaying demons and other worldly creatures to help the needy so to speak. Diablo begins with you entering a small town where they complain about hearing screams coming from the church at the far end of their town. Depending on what story line that loads for the beginning of the game you will either see the fountain of green instead of blue, a dying person outside the church or when you talk to the people of the town they will ask you to go on a quest to either save someone or to just eliminate the evil that lives underneath the church. The graphics are great even though you can't really move your character with you keyboard so that you don't have to keep clicking your mouse button to get him to go where you want. The weapons that you can either buy or find are fairly cool but you have to be careful for if you use it over and over again you will have to either get it reforged or repaired. Every time you repair it the toughness will decrease and eventually your weapon will become useless. The same goes for your armor. You gain experience like you would when you play the actual DnD game. Health, Magic etc will increase and your character will get better. Diablo 2 lord of destruction I think. Is the final instalment for the battle chest. There is a cool opening movie that introduces you to the game and what happened in the first game so to speak. This time you get to pick a character from either the good guys or the bad guys and each of them are fighting for the same cause. It is too bad that you can't pick your own story line for the good guys and bad guys. I think it would make the game much more interesting. The thing I like most about this game is the cool sounds you hear when you are fighting. The dying screams from your victims and of yourself when you are defeated in battle. I like how you start over again with the experience that you have received but you loose all of your weapons so you have no choice but to either hopefully bargain for a new one or go out and retrieve your old ones. If you are a role playing fan this game is for you and you will enjoy it as much as I have for the days to come.
