As far as originality, not so much. Doesn't look bad, but... again, if they can beat City of Heroes/Villains in the UGC (user-generated content) area, it'll be a huge hit for MMO fans.

Anyone else get the feeling this has all been done before with the now very well established City of Heroes (and City of Villains)? Except now they aren't generating nearly as much original content as the makers of CoH, just stringing together DC comic characters and events because they have the rights.

Reading some of these comments makes me laugh. I think some of you have no idea what a MMO realy is.

Do you think this game will be on Macs? Or just on PCs

There's almost always a monthly fee for MMO games. Why? Because they're constantly being maintained and updated, for several years at that. Do you seriously think this could be done for free? They don't have programmers that add content just whenever they're not focusing on another game. There are teams assigned to focus strictly on an MMO game around the clock and guess what? They need to get paid! I know, a real shocker that a job that you don't do requires actual pay but other people do need to collect a check. Not to mention the fact that server maintainance and sometimes replacement cost money as well. Don't wanna pay for something that's going to be added to for years to come? Keep your wallet closed and move on but don't cry about the nature of the beast. Niavety is not cute.

Wow... That did not grab at me at all. I hate to see comic based stuff do badly. But this looks a bit rubbish. I will keep my opinions open to be changed and impressed but I need to see something more impressive than this.

its a MMO people! everyone complaining about monthly fees and what not game was made for the mmo market not normal single played mmo monthy fee yeah its understood gotta pay the grunts who are gonna work on it through out the years unfortunatly im sure they have mouths too feed.

When this game was first announced many of us were really excited. In fact I remember thinking this is a reason to get a PS3. One friend of mine relished in the fact that he would play as Mad Hatter. Well I guess you cannot play as anybody relevant in this game which makes me not want to buy it. Finding out about a monthly fee doesn't make me want to play this either. I want to play as Superman or Darkseid. I don't want to have to create my own Superhero. Truthfully there are so many trolls on these online games that most of the time a newer player cannot compete on online.

I think it's an interesting game.. we'll see how its reception has changed once it comes close to release.

This really does not sound exciting. I haven't been impressed by anything they've shown since the game was announced. They need to show action, enemies, cool costumes and powers. Showing dated looking buildings is boring.

Looks pretty cool. I'll have to see more before forming an opinion or anything.

Wow. This guy just said a whole lot of nothing. I was already skeptical of this game, but now it just looks like any other D-list piece of crap running solely on the steam of it's marketing. Actually, I have to say this video reminded my a lot of the promotional videos for Damnation.

I've never played an MMO before, but this game and The Old Republic are really tempting me to play them. :)

I wish we could see a specific place that villains go to, to attack the heroes who are there. Both travelogues have been about where villains hang and heroes can go there to defeat some bad guys. I want a place where villains can go to defeat some good guys. But don't get me wrong I love these updates, just want to see some villain content is all
