This is a great game for anyone even relatively new to DDR, but definately not for a master.
Pros:
Songs (9/10)
Innovation, such as mush mode (10/10)
Story mode (although it is too short, 7/10)
Addiction (I can't stop playing! 9/10)
Graphics (Very good, although confusing out of context, 8/10)
MINI GAMES!! (my favorite part, 9/10)
Cons:
Characters' dances (3/10)
Difficulty (can ruin the entire game if you're a master, but just right if you're not one, 6/10)
Needs more characters (not very important, though, 4/10)
Not as many special features (such as boost, dark, or double-mat mode, 5/10)
Overall, this game is a nine out of ten. Only someone who hates the difficulty could not like this game. The difficulty is intended to draw in new crowds, for it is the first DDR for gamecube, besides the other madcatz games. What I love about this game is that most of the songs are not pop, as they are in all the others. I, personally, hate pop. That's why the sound is 10/10. The value is 10 because I have gotten lots of playing time out of it and will have even more. All the other categories are nine, except for graphics, which is an 8.
GREAT GAME! I reccomend it for everyone but masters.
