A decent hack at Twisted Metal... in a sick, cartoonish kinda way.

Cel Damage is a fair game. Not bad, but not necessarily good either.

Gameplay- Decent. This game plays pretty good for the most part, the AI is good (maybe a little too good), the maps are fun, the weapons are pretty interesting, and the multiplayer is playable but it all just gets very repetitive. It's fun to zoom around in cars with big guns for a little while, but you can only take so much of it.

Graphics- Very Good. The best part of this game is the graphics. The cel-shaded environments lack some texture, but the creativity and excellent framerate make up for this.

Sound- Average. What you can expect from a game like this; lots of gunfire, lots of cheesy dialogue, and some decent background music. Value- Other than Fear Effect, this was one of the bigger cel-shaded titles. That carries some value.

Tilt- I'll give a seven. I did find this game enjoyable, it just wasn't THAT enjoyable, ya know?

In the end, try it before you buy it.
